Hainan Baling Chemical New Materials Co., Ltd. was established in May 2021. With a registered capital of 600 million yuan, the company is a joint venture between Hunan Petrochemical Company and Hainan Refining and Chemical Company, each holding 50% of the shares. It is the first wholly-owned joint venture subsidiary of Sinopec. The company is located in the petrochemical functional zone of Yangpu Economic Development Zone, Hainan Province, and its business scope includes import and export of goods, synthetic material manufacturing, new membrane material manufacturing and chemical product sales.The company now has a 170,000 tons/year SBC plant, including an annual output of 120,000 tons of SBS and 50,000 tons of SEBS products, a total of 6 production lines. On April 5, 2023, achieve the test goal with one time.Up to now, 11 brands have been produced to meet different customer needs: SBS-791H, 792E, 803E, 815E, 1801E, 1802E, 188E; SEBS-522, 533, 502T, 503T. Products have been exported to 8 countries.
